We collect and store personal data on the basis of Art. 6 GDPR para. 1: –
to be able to fulfil our contractual obligations towards you;

  • to be able to identify you as a customer;
  • to be able to advise you appropriately;
  • to be able to comply with our legal obligations;

  • for invoicing or, if necessary, in the context of dunning;
  • for the purposes of permissible direct advertising;

This requires data such as surname, first name, address, e-mail address, telephone number, date of birth or account details, as well as all information necessary for the fulfilment of the contract with you.
